This three-day, in-person course for experienced scrum masters and business analysts focuses on core platform capability and out-of-the-box functionality. You’ll spend one full day learning how to use Pega’s Directly Capture Objectives (DCO) method of directly and visually capturing and translating business needs into Pega solutions.

This five-day, in-person course is for individuals who are interested in retooling themselves as a Pega Systems Architect. We cover an exhaustive list of Pega capabilities, preparing students to pass the Pega Certified Systems Architect (CSA) exam. Eligible students must have prior experience in object-oriented programming.

This five-day, in-person course provides a deeper dive into building custom integration, authentication and large-scale applications. Curriculum includes a variety of hands-on labs that guide students from basic programming to complex scenarios while focusing on performance and scalability. Eligible students must be a Pega-certified systems architect with at least three months of hands-on experience.

This five-day course focuses on learning the architecture and building custom frameworks in Pega. You will focus on the big picture and establish yourself as a trusted project advisor, thought leader and Pega expert. Eligible students must be a Pega-certified senior systems architect (CSSA) with at least one year of hands-on experience working as a CSSA.

This course highlights the basics of building user-centric application design (UCD) and UCD-based Pega applications. You’ll walk through the process of conducting a user study, building prototypes and tweaking applications based on the feedback you receive. Using the core principles of UCD, we’ll explore how it can be implemented in Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC).

This course teaches students how to effectively test Pega applications, log bugs and follow the life cycle of the bug by release. Using HP tools or Apache JMeter, experienced performance testers will learn how to set up automated tests using Pega Automated Test (PAT). Upon completion, students will be proficient in testing Pega applications. Eligible students must have QA experience.

Venue 

All training is held in the Kansas City metro area. We highly recommend that candidates attend training in person; however, remote training via GoToMeeting is available. If needed, please check with your instructor about the availability of remote training before signing up for training.
