Phase 1: Envisioning

Phase 2: Development

Phase 2 is where the art of UX and the science of UI development meet. During this phase we develop solutions iteratively, cycling between configuration, quality testing and calibration sub-phases. As our team iterates on interactive design and workflows, our Pega Business Architect works on the conventions of the look and feel, as well as the project’s process and success factors. In addition to user testing, we create a full Test Plan documenting test strategy to ensure business rules, data fields and workflow processes are working properly before code is released for qualitative user feedback.
